River Bar Soaps

When I’m Not Making Soap . . .

When I’m not making soap, I knit!  Among other things, of course, but I DO love to knit.  Lately I’ve been smitten with the cutest sock monkey pattern.  I think designer Annita Wilschut had genius skills in designing Monkey Jacobus-this is such a well-written pattern and a fun knit that I’m working on Number Six!  Annita’s site is in German and is fun to peruse, but the pattern can be purchased through Ravelry.  Here are pictures of some of the members of my tribe, all of which have gone to live in other places.  Someday, I’ll make one for me!

  1. These monkeys are seriously adorable! I love knitting, but I’m no where near the level of monkey knitting. Baby hats….now that’s my thing! Mindless rounds. 🙂 You are quite talented!
